Applied Electromechanical Technique (TEAM) was founded in Honduras in 1999 by Ramón Padilla with the purpose of providing reliable electromechanical solutions and a service based on technical quality and commitment.
In 2005, with the incorporation of Vera Rodríguez as a partner, TEAM strengthened its strategic vision, business organization, and commercial expansion. Its growth continued with the start of operations in Nicaragua in 2010, the transformation to TEAM, S.A. de C.V. in 2013, and the establishment of a presence in the United States in 2016.
In 2024, a network of strategic partners expanded its coverage from Guatemala to Panama, strengthening technical and commercial support in Central America and the Caribbean.
